Blueberry Pie

Ingredients
White Sugar
3/4 Cup
Cornstarch
3 Tbsp
Salt
1/4 Tsp
Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp
Fresh Blueberries
4 Cups
Double Crust pastry
1 Packet
Butter
1 Tbsp
Method
Preheat oven to 190 Celsius.
Mix sugar, cornstarch, slat, cinnamon and blueberries.
Line a pie dish with the pastry, pour berry mixture into the crust and dot with butter.
Cute the remaining pastry into wide strips, making a lattice top. Crimp the edges.
Bake the pie in the oven for about 50 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Serve immediately with Deep South French Vanilla ice cream.
